Terms of Service

NUPTIALS lets you build a wedding website, manage guest RSVPs across multiple ceremonies, collect gift contributions via Paystack, coordinate aso ebi, and check guests in at your event. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Aso Oke (free), Agbada, and Isiagu are one-time payments, not subscriptions — you pay once per plan and keep access through your wedding. Prices are shown in Naira, with an approximate USD note for diaspora convenience; the Naira price is authoritative. Paystack processes all payments; we never see or store your card details.

Plan upgrades (Agbada, Isiagu) are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you haven't published your wedding site or sent any guest communications through it. Once your site is published or messages have gone out, the purchase is final, since the plan has already delivered its value. Gift contributions made by your guests are between the guest and your linked bank account via Paystack and are refunded, if at all, at your discretion as the account holder — NUPTIALS never holds guest money and can't reverse a settled payout. You own the content you upload — photos, your wedding story, your guest list. You grant NUPTIALS a license to host and display it solely to operate your wedding website and dashboard. You're responsible for having the right to collect and store the personal information of the guests you invite; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it on your behalf.

You agree not to use NUPTIALS to:

• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with an event
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use the gift registry for anything other than genuine wedding contributions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

If your plan includes a custom domain, you're responsible for registering and maintaining it; NUPTIALS provides the connection, not domain registration. Published wedding sites are publicly accessible at your chosen nuptial.ng address (or custom domain) unless you enable password protection in your privacy settings.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for delays or outages caused by third-party providers (Paystack, our hosting providers) that are outside our reasonable control, though we'll work to restore service quickly.

NUPTIALS is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, K2 Tech-Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between you and your guests. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On deletion, your wedding site is taken down and your data is removed per our Privacy Policy's retention terms.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the effective date above and notify account holders by email for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
